Donte Shepard's Bio

While purchasing my first home I fell in love with the Home buying process and the advantages of home ownership. I’ve since owned, managed a sold a rental property. I am currently repeating the process with our current family home. Our family goal is to purchase, improve and convert every home into a investment property until we are living in that big dream home.

It’s no secret that almost anyone can be a salesperson but not many will listen and be a trusted advisor. That’s where I come in. Purchasing a home is one of the most important investments you will make in your lifetime. My goal is make that process as seamless as possible by setting proper expectations and keeping you informed. I’ve lived in Austin for over 18 years and can now navigate here better than my hometown of Dallas Texas. I’m a University of Texas Alumn and a Married father of two beautiful little girls. I have 12 years of successful corporate sales experience. I’ve also owned a professional service for 15 years traveling both inside and outside the US to play music. To give back I currently mentor a college student and volunteer as a co-creative director for my church’s Middle/High School student service. I love family time, music, cars, technology and home Design.
